Molly is getting so big!

Our little girl is growing up so fast. She is now rolling over from her back to her tummy. For the first few days, as soon as she would get to her tummy, she would start screaming because she doesn't really care for tummy time. However, within two days, she began to push up on her arms, so she is having more fun now. She is also learning to scoot backwards. She isn't to fast, but it is definatley occuring. I don't know that I am ready for a baby on the move! She can alos sit really well unsupported. She still has a little round butt, but she can reach for toys without falling over now! She has also begun to eat her baby food. We have started with carrots. The first day didn't go to bad. She ate about 1/2 of the container without much fight. The she came down with an ear infection, so I let her go back to her comfort of just nursing and rice cereal (which she abslolutely loves). I decided to try carrots again, about a week after the first taste. This time, she gagged and screamed at me. I couldn't even trick her with rice and carrots mixed. So we have continued to try to work on carrots. She is beginning to like them more now, and last night, didn't fight eating 1/2 of the container. She loves to play in her saucer, walker and jumper, and it getting too big! She is wearing her 6/9 month clothes, and already has a few outfits in this size that she can't wear!

Nearly 5 months old

I can't believe that Molly is almost 5 months old. She is getting so big so fast. She has also learned how to do a lot of new things. She has learned to roll from her back to her tummy. She still struggles with this some, as this is only the second day we have been doing it! She has also decided to give up her bottle strike, and is beginning to take it some. She still is better at nursing, but has decided that the bottle will suffice if it has too! She is beginning to sit unsupported. She still has a little bit of round butt syndrome, and if she reaches for something to the side of her, she falls over, but she is getting more sturdy everyday. She loves her rice cereal, and loves trying to help. However, she will only eat her cereal if it is super like, almost paste-like. Almost 2 weeks ago, she weighed in at 14 lbs 7.6 oz. We are going to go tomorrow to get her current weight for her book at 5 months old! She also loves to play in her saucer and her jumper!

Looking so big playing on the Boppy!

Being so big sitting in her Rocker!
